About Me

Hi everyone!

My name is Grace Dickey, and I am a senior at Michigan State University. I am completing a year-long student teaching placement in a 2nd grade classroom at Delta Center Elementary, part of the Grand Ledge School District. Upon finishing my internship in May 2025, I will be certified to teach grades PK-3 as well as TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).

I’m proud to call Rochester, MI my hometown, and I have a passion for exploration. In my free time, I love cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and friends. This site offers a deeper look into my journey as an educator and showcases my teaching experiences.

Bachelor of Education, Elementary Education

August 2021 - May 2025

Earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (PK-3) with a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) endorsement. Successfully completed a year-long student teaching internship in a 2nd grade classroom.

Berkley High School

High School Diploma

August 2017 - June 2021

Graduated from Berkley High School in June 2021 with a High School Diploma. Actively participated in Freshman, J.V., and Varsity Volleyball during high school and was a proud member of the National Honor Society.
